Seiler distribution/Pareto principle calculation method.

This is a simple calculator to determine 80/20 training distributions from a set amount of time.

The purpose of this calculator is to help you adjust a training week to determine the amount of time that is to spent around 90% of your VO2 max.

A simple method – without using your calculator is to to take your total training duration for a week. Let’s say 10 hours for example purposes. You take 10% of that value – 1 hour and double it. This will come out to 20% and 2 hours.

Another example – let’s say training time 7 hours.

10% of 7 = 0.7 then 0.7 * 2 = 1.4 hours.

Consequently, you now know how to tip on a check.

For example, let’s say a bill is $15.34. 10% of that is $1.5, double that and you are at $3 for 20% tip.

Hoorah! You are the calculator.

Once I figure out how to put a python script into a website, I’ll put a simple calculator here!
